Can hydrocortisone cream hurt your unborn child. I used it only a few times but its 1% cortisone?
I am really worried. I didn%26#039;t think it was a problem now I am worried. Its over the counter.|||The concentration of the cream is really low, but hydrocortisone does get absorbed into your blood stream through the skin and crosses the blood barrier between you and the foetus. I don%26#039;t think any harm is done unless you really use it all the time on a large surface or take it as a pill and in much higher concentrations|||It should be fine, but if you are really worried call your doctor and ask. They will tell you if you should stop using it or not.|||No you%26#039;ll be fine and so will the babe
