Im using hydrocortisone cream for a reaction on my neck to some hairspray... can i put E45 cream on it aswell?

The doc proscribed the hydrocortisone stuff yesterday, untill then i was just using E45 cream... ive just put the perscribed stuff on but my neck it really dry and its getting saw.... if i put E45 over it will it stop the affect the hydrocortosone stuff has on the rash??|||As a person who suffers from what feels like every skin problem known to human kind I would say to let the cortisone be absorbed into the skin and then put the E over the top. All the cortisone generally does is to stop itching. You%26#039;ll be fine, just don%26#039;t buy that brand of hairspray again...
