How long does prescription hydrocortisone cream keep for?

And others like it? When do you have to throw them out?|||Basically, different creams stay useable for varying amounts of time. Hydrocortisone should last more than a year. The best thing to do however, is to find the expiry date of the medication.

It can be found on the box usually, you just have to have a look around. Also it is printed on the tube of cream as well. If you can%26#039;t find it on the tube, try looking at the tail, where the end piece folds over. There should be something like %26quot;Exp: 06/08%26quot; written there. It tells you that the medication expires in June 2008.

Hope this helps
